Several days went by and I needed the packet..where was it? I frantically called the dealership thinking I had left it in the lounge...The packet was not to be found! I looked everywhere! Then I received a phone call from Dante, calling to inform me that while Tony G was vacuuming the loaner car, he found the packet with my name on it! Totally intact! I wanted to write and say thank you for such incredible service and effortless help while buying my last vehicle. My Mother (Nancy) has always felt such a huge amount of pride working for Tony (RIP), Ann and SS Lexus and I now understand why. Sam Strok is not only a benchmark for service, he was a magician as well. He made the deal happen and once in place, had no problem selling me. As the Director of Golf at one of the most private, exclusive clubs in the country, I would like to think I have an understanding of upper echelon customer service. Sam never missed a beat and even delivered the vehicle to my house, FOUR hours away in La Quinta, CA. I told my friends that service our cars at Desert Lexus I would only purchase a car from SS Lexus and Sam is the reason why (Mom doesn't hurt either). I am very particular about service and attitudes and your employees always display exactly what I would expect from a leader in luxury sales. Our 5th Lexus and our 2nd with Mr. McIntosh. Lexus is special, however, the word I would use to describe Easton is "Preeminent".

I was very impressed with Dante's thoroughness and expertise, and I filled out the customer satisfaction card, and mailed it this morning. Even though SSLexus is very far away from my home in NW Chandler, it was worth the drive out yesterday. I want Dante for my service advisor at all future appointments. Dante went over all checkpoints, and assured me that my battery is still testing great, and that's what I was the most concerned about. Thank you for the water and red apple in the customer lounge. We were involved in a terrible accident in June and Alan Rogers was a big help in taking care of our car which wound up being totaled. Easton McIntosh went out of his way in assisting us in the purchase of a new RX350. After the accident these 2 gentlemen were a God send. They are an assest to SS Lexus.
We love our new ES 350. Our experience at your dealership was GREAT! Our salesperson Sam Strok was excellent to work with and very knowledgeable everything we wanted to know, and not pushy for us to buy. We took a test drive and we left under no pressure to buy that day. We went home and discussed it and returned the next day to purchase our new 2012 ES 350. it was the best experience at a dealership ever! We added some things so we scheduled an appointment. Russ Wolfe was our Service Advisor. He had a loaner car for us, answered all the questions I had. He offered me a a beverage and a donut and talked to me about the free car wash program (which I am very excited about) !
Russ kept me informed on the status of my car throughout the day and I picked it up at 4 and it looked great!
I feel very confident that we picked the right dealership to purchase our new Lexus from.

I spoke with Russell regarding my Ls400 yesterday and wanted to let you know what an asset he truly is. He gave me his honest opinion in regards to my transmission and it's servicing. Rarely do you find a dealership that doesn't try to take you for your first born. I recently had my car into the dealership for maintenance and to have my ES350 Lexus detailed inside and out. The leather seat on the driver’s side had deteriorated badly and the leather had become very thin and tore. Upon the staff reviewing this very obvious leather defect/flaw, they once again have amazed me! The defective/flawed leather area on the driver’s side was replaced.
Countless time your staff and dealership away go above and beyond the call of duty to show why the Lexus name, reputation, and brand are so highly regarded above all others.

This past Friday morning, i brought my 2008 Lexus 350 into your agency for its 30,000 mile checkup. My Service Consultant, Russell Wolfe, did my intake. He was most courteous and polite, even when I was stunned by the price listed on my paperwork and vented my frustration to him. Russ quietly heard me out and only commented that he would see if there might be a discount he could apply. I left your agency with a nearly new 350 loaner. When I returned to pick up my car, Russ was as polite and courteous as before. He remarked that he had worked on my behalf to lower the price for my service. You certainly have a satisfied and loyal customer...and I just wanted you to know the reason is Russ and his dedicated, above and beyond effort to please.
