Thanks for your service which has always been excellent!  I hid some important documents and cash beneath the carpet in the trunk of a loaner-a secret and safe place-!  Several days went by and I needed the packet..where was it? We were involved in a terrible accident in June and Alan Rogers was a big help in taking care of our car which wound up being totaled. We love our new ES 350.  Our experience at your dealership was GREAT!  Our salesperson Sam Strok was excellent to work with and very knowledgeable everything we wanted to know, and not pushy for us to buy.  We took a test drive and we left under no pressure to buy that day.  We went home and discussed it and returned the next day to purchase our new 2012 ES 350. it was the best experience at a dealership ever!  We added some things so we scheduled an appointment.  Russ Wolfe was our Service Advisor.  He had a loaner car for us, answered all the questions I had.  He offered me a a beverage and a donut and talked to me about the free car wash program (which I am very excited about) !
Russ kept me informed on the status of my car throughout the day and I picked it up at 4 and it looked great!
I feel very confident that we picked the right dealership to purchase our new Lexus from.
